Sue Pallekonda, M.D.

Dr. Sue Pallekonda, M.D.Sue Pallekonda, M.D. was born in Malaysia, completed her medical studies in South India, and finished residency training at the Community Health Network Family Practice Residency Program here in Indianapolis. She really enjoys her work and takes delight in delivering healthcare to her patients.

Her hobbies include music, handicraft, and of course, playing with her children, Caleb and Yasmine. She and her husband have plans to devote some of their time in the future to do
medical missions in third-world countries as opportunities arise.


Terry L. Layman, M.D.

Dr. Terry Layman, M.D.Dr. Layman, a Hoosier native, obtained a B.S. in biology at Indiana University’s Bloomington campus. He went on to graduate from IU’s School of Medicine and completed his formal medical education at St. Vincent’s Family Practice Residency program. He spent four years practicing in his hometown of Marion, Indiana where his practice focused on management of chronic illnesses such as diabetes, asthma, hypertension, as well as promoting healthy lifestyles among both children and adults. He is fully licensed and board certified in family practice.

He, his wife Jennifer (a pediatrician with a practice in Carmel), and their children now call Fishers home. When not in the office, he can be found jogging, bicycling, or dabbling in woodworking.


Monica Tewari, M.D.

Dr. Monica Tewari, M.D.Dr. Monica Tewari received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She then attended medical school in her hometown of Dayton, Ohio at Wright State University College of Medicine. After receiving her medical degree, she chose to specialize in family medicine and completed a three-year residency training program at the Fairview Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Tewari is fully licensed and board certified to practice family medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and of the American Medical Association. Since completing residency in 1998, Dr. Tewari has been in private practice and firmly believes in comprehensive care for the patient and family.

Dr. Tewari moved to Indianapolis in June 2000 with her husband and three sons and since then has become an active member in the community. She enjoys cooking, exercising, and especially spending time with her family.
